a. This program is currently piloting only in the Netherlands. We are hoping to extend our take-back program to other regions soon.
b. You can only return your Wearebasics items. We do not accept other brands and they will not be rewarded for returns.
c. Take back program allows you to return your pre-loved Wearebasics for free. Please use the Contact Us form to return your items.
d. If you would like to return your pre-loved Wearebasics, please contact us with your order number, the item you would like to return (size, color and the model) and we will get back to you with your shipping label.
e. Please return the items after washing.
f. Each returned item currently has a store credit value to make your next subscription and/or purchase cheaper. You will be issued a store credit value of the below amounts for each respective item:

a. Security: All payments are handled by Mollie. Mollie is one of Europe’s largest payment service providers. Your confidential information will not be transferred to Wearebasics but only handled in the secure environment of Mollie.
b. iDeal: Pay during the ordering process via the trusted online banking environment of your own bank using iDeal.
c. Credit card: We accept MasterCard, Visa and eMaestro. You can pay easily and securely using your credit card in the secure payment environment of Mollie.
d. PayPal: A safe and fast way to pay online without having to share your financial information. To use this service, you need an account at PayPal. Not only your information, but also your purchases are protected by PayPal. Very easy and safe!
e. Recurring payments
a. Subscription requires minimum three items from the whole collection except for accessories which includes tote-bags.
b. All subscribers benefit from 15% discount on their purchases and are eligible for a free tote-bag.
c. Subscription gives customers a possibility to pay in monthly instalments within the 6 month periods.
d. Subscription entails at least one renewal after the first 6 month period.
e. All subscribers will get a notification in their 5th month to re-order their current items or customize it according to their needs. This can be done through your MyBasics account under Orders & Subscriptions.
f. All subscriptions are cancellable after the first renewal.

b. We offer free shipping in the Netherlands above orders 75 €. Otherwise it costs 5 € per delivery.
c. We offer free shipping in Rest of Europe above orders 150 €. Otherwise it costs 15 € per delivery.
d. We offer free shipping in Rest of the World above orders 250 €. Otherwise it costs 30 € per delivery.
e. Delivery times for most of the world is up to 5 working days. For a more precise timeframe please refer to the estimate during checkout. Due to COVID-19, there might be delays in your delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
f. When you are shipping from outside the European Union, there might be duties and taxes upon delivery.
g. “Rest of Europe” countries include Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Vatican.
h. “Rest of the World” countries include all countries except the one mentioned in “Rest of Europe” and the Netherlands.
a.Returns period will be 14 days.
b. We want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason (size, color, fitting), you may request an exchange or return of saleable merchandise within 14 days from receiving the order. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags, receipts and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted.
c. We do not offer free returns. Research has shown that free returns encourage people to make inconsiderate orders such as placing orders without carefully checking size guides. Free returns have increased the number of returns massively, which has resulted in a big impact on the climate. That is why we don’t offer free returns and hope you carefully consider before you buy.
d. On the other hand, we understand that not all returns are avoidable so we want to make it as clear as possible for you to return an item. To submit a return or exchange request, please fill out our Contact Form. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the size and color you wish to receive in return.
e. As next, customer support will contact you and offer to arrange a return using the courier service UPS.
i. Returns from the Netherlands are fixed at 10 €.
ii. Returns from the “Rest of Europe” are fixed at 20 €.
iii. Returns from the “Rest of the World” are fixed at 35 €.
f. Having received your return, we will carry out suitable quality checks and refund or exchange the returned product.
g. Your return or the cost difference (in case of exchange) will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
h. Please note that the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
a. How to create an account and login: You can create an account by clicking on MyBasics and registering with your username and email. You will be asked to create a password. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided. You can activate your account by clicking on the link in the email. Please make sure to check your spam box if you haven’t received anything.
b. How to order: You can order an item by choosing the color and the size of the item followed by the quantity. Once these options are chosen, you can add the item(s) to the cart. If you add three or more items 15% discount will be automatically applied to your total amount.
b. Change and update order: You can only change and update your order if you haven’t received a shipment confirmation from us. If you want to change and/or update your order before then, please reach out to email@example.com.
